The Bishop of the Methodist Church of Nigeria, Ogbomosho Diocese, Rev Ademola Moradeyo, has urged the Olubadan in council to continue to remain united for the progress of Ibadan and Oyo state
Bishop Moradeyo who is one of the prominent sons of Ibadanland, made this in a chat with mediareportng.com on the issues associated with the Ibadan chieftaincy title
According to Bishop Moradeyo, unity among members of the Olubadan-in-Council will further strengthen the peaceful coexistence of the ancient city.
The clerics noted that there has been peaceful and coordinated transmission of the throne since the inception of Ibadanland, hence the need for Olubadan-in-Council to ensure peace.
“No sacrifice is too big or small for the peace of Ibadanland.
The Olubadan-in-Council is the highest decision-making body on traditional issues in Ibadanland.
