“We implore all citizens of Ibadanland to explore the traditional institution of IbadanLand in order to ensure peace and development of IbadanLand, Oyo State and Nigeria”
” Ibadanland has for centuries ago been cosmopolitan, due to the unique and equitable traditional system of rulership. Not only the aborigines of Ibadanland, but also all from Nigeria, Africa and the whole world enjoy the peace and socio-economic resources of Ibadanland. We are, for this, indeed proud to be Ibadanland Youth Indigenes Association for Development, and we thank and appreciate our Olubadan, Obas, Chiefs and Elders for sustaining the peaceful culture of traditional rulership.
We pray for more landmark achievements like the graceful Olubadan Palace.”
“Ibadan Youth Indigenes Association of Ibadanland prides itself as an organization of miners of intellectual resources of Ibadanland, for robust socio-economic development. Our strategy is to pursue profound synergy of the youths, elders and governments of Oyo- State and Nigeria, for dynamic and positive development efforts”
While commending and congratulating the efforts of the central council of Ibadan indigene, C.C.I.I and and its Olubadan Palace Construction committee on the new palace for the people of Ibadan, the Olubadan, and the Chiefs, we specially recognize the C.C.I.I as an exemplary institution, a rallying point for all potentially serious associations of indigenes of Ibadanland.
We use the opportunity to put C.C.I.I to task to adopt a culture of profound research on the social and economic problems and solutions of Ibadanland. The C.C.I.I, as the central council of the civil society of Ibadanland, one of the three largest cities in Africa; must see itself as possessing humongous social influence, value or capacity for catalyzing socio-economic development of Ibadanland and Oyo-State through ingenious, and innovative deployment of its influence, in ramified ways.
We therefore congratulate Ibadan sons and daughters across the world and pray for more development for Ibadan
