The Executive Chairman Itesiwaju Local Government Hon Ojo Mosuru Olayemi has charged the newly inaugurated Supervisory Executives and Special Assistants in Itesiwaju Local Government have been charged to shun sentiment and work collectively for the overall development of the council Area
The Hon Ojo Olayemi gave the charge at the inauguration of the council executives held at the local government
The event was held under the auspices of the Head of the Local Government Administration,HLA ,Mrs Jola Oladiran also had in attendance government functionaries, political bigwigs, PDP members and well wishers across the council area.
The Supervisory Executives Included Odekunle Opeyemi Eniola Super for Works, Oyetoro John Oyeniyi, Super,Youth and Sport, Awujoola Saheed Akintobi Health and medical services, Adeolu Fadeyi , Super for Education and social services .
Others are Ogunmola Johnson Durodola Super for Community affairs and rural development, Lamidi Muritala Ayinde Super for Land and housing ,Salawudeen Rafiu Adesola Super Agriculture and natural resources ,Adesope Modina Funke Super, Women affairs,Ayansiji Ayoola Elisha Super, Environmental health,Lamidi Qaudri Super, Information and culture.
On the list of Special of the newly inaugurated special assistants included Adediran Mathew ward 3, Kareem Ganiyu ward 4, Nafiu Balogun ward 5, Anigilaje Afeez ward 7, Oguntoye Busayo S ward 8, Olaoye Timothy O ward 9,Muraina Jimoh T ward 10, Akinode Muraina O ward 02, Adepoju Abel I ward 01 and Adetayo Aina ward 6

They were all drawn from the 10 wards of the council area.
While congratulating the newly sworn in Executives and Special Assistants on their new assignments,Hon Ojo Olayemi urged them all to see their call as service to humanity and also imbibe the spirit of togetherness geared towards unity of purpose.
The council boss stressed that personal desires,sentiment and bigotry are counter productive which could hinder the common goal of rapid development across the council.
He therefore called for the collaborative efforts of the newly inaugurated Supers and SAs with a view to achieving unprecedented development during his administration.
According to him, the role of Supervisory and Special Assistant is quite different from that of councillors and as such there shouldn’t be a clash of interest in the task.
Hon Ojo Mosuru Olayemi the newly sworn in Executives to avoid conflict of interest in their various assignments and not to meddle in other peoples’ duties.
The event had in attendance council’s Vice Chairman/Political Head Mr Ayangbade Peter, wife of the former local government chairman Mrs Caroline Ayankemi Akintola and the Chief of staff Itesiwaju Local Government Mr Ogunlade Adewale among others.
Meanwhile the council recorded its first plenary session of the house under the leadership of Hon. Soliu Muraina
