Tinubu’s Daughter Visit Aare Musulumi of Yorubaland Urges Nigerians to be Patient

The Iyaloja of Nigeria who is also the Daughter of President Bola Tinubu, Chief Folashade Tinubu-Ojo has urged Nigerians to be more patient with the present administration in the country

 

Tinubu’s daughter stated this during her courtesy visit to Aare Musulumi of Yoruba land Edo and Delta States Alhaji Daud Akinola Makanjuola at his Ibadan residence.

 

According Chief Mrs Tinubu-Ojo the current economic situation in the country calls for calm by Nigerians and continue to pray for our political leaders for divine wisdom and guidance.

 

 

She assured that government’s of President Tinubu is committed to implementing measures targeted at alleviating hardships being experienced by many Nigerians.

 

She recalled her first encounter with the Aare in Saudi Arabia many years ago during of her Hajj trips, and how she was encouraged to sponsor others to the holy land, noting that the wise counsel of Alhaji Makanjuola impacted her life positively and has since become part of her.

 

She stated that President Tinubu was aware of the difficulties Nigerians are facing while stressing the need for unity and support for one another in such period.

 

She said, “I was like this between 1999 and 2001 but Lagosians later pleaded with my Dad to contest for second term.”

 

Earlier in his remark, the Aare Musulumi, Alhaji Makanjuola, who lauded Tinubu-Ojo for her selflessness and dedication to the service of humanity via her commitment to the welfare of women and children assured that despite the prevailing economic in the country, Nigeria would come out stronger and better.

 

He reiterated the importance of unity and resilience in overcoming the current economic challenges and called on religious and community leaders to work together in promoting peace and understanding that would deepen the spirit of collectiveness.

 

He also emphasized that collaboration was essential for the desired progress and that Nigerians must come together in the spirit of brotherhood regardless of religious or political differences to support government to overcome the current situation.

 

Also, one of the BOT member of Tinubu Legacy Forum, who also double as an aide to Minister for Power, Comrade Femi Awogboro lauded effort of President Tinubu in meeting yarnings of Nigerians, urging Nigerians to join hands with government to take the nation to greater heights.

 

 

On the entourage of Mrs Folashade Tinubu-Ojo were Hon. Egragor, Sheikh Akeugbagold; Chairman -Oyo State Agricultural Credit, Alhaja Opason, Amb. (Alh) Chief Ganiyu Akeem Adesina; BOT Chairman of Tinubu Legacy Forum, Chief Mrs E.B Dokun; National Women Leader TLF, and others.

 

Also present were the Babaloja-General of Oyo state, Alhaji Yekini Abass, AbdulRasheed Adewale; Special Assistant on Islamic Affairs to Governor Seyi Makinde, an aide to Minister for Power, Otunba Femi Awogboro, Alhaji Eleshinmeta, and Alhaji Yisau Kolayode among others.

 

Highlight of the visit was the official announcement of appointment and presentation of the appointment letter to the Aare Musulumi of Yoruba, Alhaji Makanjuola as the Grand Patron of Tinubu Legacy Forum–a Non Governmental Socio-political organization.
