The Eleyele High School Old Students Association has emphasized the need for members of EHSIOSA to work collectively for the development of their Alma Mata through lofty programmes that will ensure a conducive learning environment in the school.
These were the views of relevant Stakeholders who spoke at the 8th Annual General Meeting of the School held at the School Hall Eleyele Ibadan
Delivering his report, the President EHISIOSA Pastor Ayoola Oludayo said the school has recorded tremendous achievement courtesy of the members of Alumni Association
According to Pastor Ayoola the 8th AGM is also a great opportunity to discuss the pertinent issues affecting the development of the School and Alma Mata.
Also the Vice Chairman EHSIOSA who is also the Chairman Local Organizing Committee Stephen Mustapha appreciated the support of EHISIOSA Members for their support towards having a befitting AGM and get together programme.
In her remarks,the Local Inspection Education officer in charge of Ibadan North West Alhaja O N Lawal Commended the EHISIOSA for contributing positively to the development of the school
The Principal Eleyele High School Ibadan Mrs B K Abass said the EHISIOSA member has made some remarkable impacts through various developmental projects in the school.
Mrs Abass who is also a member of EHISIOSA said the students performed credibly well in the WAEC due to the untiring the old students Association .
During the AGM programme the board of Trustees that runs the affairs of the Board between 2019 to 2024 also took their bow after their 5 years of successful tenure,while adoption was made to appoint New BOT members led by Barr Olali Emmanuel
The 8th Annual General Meeting of EHISIOSA also featured Novelty Match, Commissioning of basketball Pitch and Renovated Principal’s office.
The President EHISIOSA Pastor Ayoola and some members of the Eleyele High School Old Students Association were decorated by Boy scouts in appreciation of their contributions to the society
Eleyele High School was established on September 26th 1980 by old Oyo State led by the late Chief Bola Ige.It was one of the several News schools established by the Civilian Administration to achieve the objective of making secondary Education free for all the Pupils that had passed out of Primary Schools.
