The leaders of People’s Democratic Party in Ido Local Government led Mallam Yusuf has extended their appreciation to Dr Opeyemi Semiu Folarin for Unflinching Support towards strengthening the party in the council area
The ldo PDP leaders during their meeting honour Dr Opeyemi Folarin for his passion and dedication towards ensuring a better PDP in Ido Local Government.
According to Mallam Yusuf said the appreciation letter given to Hon Folarin became necessary so as to encourage him and other Party Chieftains to continue to support the party and government of Ojo state.
While receiving the appreciation letter Hon Opeyemi Folarin thanked the leaders of PDP for identifying his little efforts towards sustaining the outstanding achievements of the party in the state
He assured the leaders of his continuous support aimed at uniting the party ahead of the 2027 election
Hon Folarin also urged the leaders and members of the PDP to continue to support Governor Seyi Makinde in their quests to bring much needed development to the state.
The meeting was attended by all PDP leaders in Ido Including, Mallam Yusuf (overall leader) Alh. Issa Alabanla , Alh Nureni Adeoye, Hon Isiaka Ademola ,Hon Aderemi Adelabu and Alhaji Diekola Abule
Also on the list of leaders present including Pastor Akintokun ,Alfa Asimiyu Laami Mr Jimoh Obey ,Alhaja Kafillat Olayiwola and Alhaji Rasaki Elewedu
It would be recalled that Radio And Television Art Workers Union ( RATTAWU) BCOS also presented an award for his outstanding leadership and contributions to their immediate society
Hon Opeyemi Folarin promised not to relent in his lofty programmes aimed at improving the overall well-being of the people of the Ido local government.
Dr Opeyemi Folarin also used the medium to celebrate Governor Seyi Makinde on the occasion of his 57th Birthday and wished him many more productive years ahead.
Hon Folarin while greeting the people of Ido local government for the celebration of Christmas also charged them to celebrate the yuletide moderately and avoid any breakdown of law and other.
He wished everyone merry Christmas and prosperous New year in advance.
