As part of his contribution towards ensuring a better society,A Former Member of the Oyo State House of Assembly Hon Joshua Kolade Olagunju has empowered 2 widows with 100,000 Naira Each as a grant.

The grant, according to the initiator, Hon. Joshua Kolade Olagunju, a seasoned broadcaster, Vibrant entrepreneur who is currently pursuing his PhD in entrepreneurship and former member of the prestigious Oyo state house of Assembly, was conceived in order to better the lives of struggling and hardworking widows in the society and help them to expand their various businesses so that they can comfortably cater for their families.

The conveyor of the Facebook Grant, Hon. Joshua Kolade Olagunju believes that the grants will go along way in helping Abigail Ifeoluwa expand her chemist business and also help Feyisayo Samuel in expanding her Charcoal business in order to make life more comfortable for them and their families.

He also urged other well meaning Nigerians to continue to render any form of assistance to those in need in the society.

“In what could be described as a twist of fate, Heaven eventually smiled on two widows, Feyisayo Samuel and Abigail Ifeoluwa as they emerged lucky winners of 100 thousand naira Joshua Kolade Olagunju’s Facebook Grant in January 2025”

“In a keenly contested and well scrutinized business proposal defense, Abigail Ifeoluwa, a 34 year-old mother of 3 children, who lost her husband in 2021 and Feyisayo Samuel, a mother of 5 children who lost her husband in 2013 were able to convince the panel of judges on how to make the best use of the 100 thousand naira grant to expand their businesses” Olagunju said.

Recalled that Hon Olagunju recently empowered the winner of the maiden edition of Joshua Kolade Olagunju (JKO) Half A Million Naira Non Refundable Grant Marvelous Adegbola

Adegbola a graphic designer received 500,000# to expand his business idea and become an employer of labour.

The lawmaker who is passionate about the development of his society is targeting assisting at least 20 people before the end of the year 2025.
