The Central Council of Ibadan Indigene CCII has conferred Culture Ambassador Award on Lagelu local government Chairman Hon Kamorudeen Mudasiru
The presentation of the award which was held at the Lagelu local government Secretariat Iyana-offa had in attendance prominent sons and daughters of the council area
In his message at the gathering, the President General of Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes, Barrister Ajeniyi Ajewole attributed Infrastructure activities embarked upon by the lagelu local government under the leadership of Hon Mudasiru Kamorudeen moved them to honour him as one the youth representing the New generation.
He encouraged other youth to emulate the good gesture of the Executive chairman of Lagelu local government Hon Mudasiru Kamorudeen in any position they found themselves.
The Chairman committee of Ibadan week 2025, Alhaji Abiola Alli described the Newly Culture Ambassador as true Ibadan Indigene representing the generation of the youth in a way to show the entire people of Oyo state and Nigeria in general that the future is bright.

In his welcome address, the committee chairman Ibadan week 2025, Chief Abiola Alli described the Newly Culture Ambassador as complete true son of Ibadan land, he representing the generation of youth in a way to show the entire people of the state and Nigeria in general that the future is bright.
In their separate remarks, former chairman of Lagelu local government and also serving Honourable member representing Akinyele/Lagelu in the federal House of Representative , Hon. Olafisoye Akinmoyede and former President General of CCII, Chief Yemi Soladoye attribute most of performance by the Executive chairman responsible for being honored and called on him to continue in bringing more dividends of democracy to the doorstep of the people of Lagelu local government.
In his words of appreciation, the Executive chairman of Lagelu local government,Hon Mudasiru Kamorudeen said he dedicated the award giving to him to the Executive Governor of Oyo state, Engr. Seyi Makinde and the entire people of Lagelu local government.

Hon Mudasiru reiterated the resolve of his administration to continue to ensure that the right and benefits the entire people the council area will always align with the fear of God. He then assured the entire CCII deeming it fit to be honored and not relent in his efforts in putting to support the entire people of Ibadanland.
