…As Fendini Group exposes campaign of jealousy and misinformation, vowing justice for defamation.

In recent days, baseless and malicious claims of document falsification have been leveled against Prince Adelaja Adeoye, the CEO and President of Fendini Group, who is the visionary developer behind Rayfield Garden City Estate.

Fendini Group has officially condemned these falsehoods as reckless, defamatory, and designed to tarnish the image of a man who has built a reputation on integrity, innovation, and excellence in real estate development.

According to an official statement released by the company today, signed by the President of Fendini Group, Prince Adelaja Adeoye, emphasized that the allegations circulating on certain disreputable online platforms are entirely false and lack any factual basis.

These claims, the company stated, are the handiwork of disgruntled individuals and fake news merchants seeking to distract from the overwhelming success and rapid growth of the Rayfield Garden City estate project.

“Prince Adelaja Adeoye is a man of impeccable character,” said the Fendini Group’s media aide.

“All documentation related to Rayfield Garden, from acquisition to approvals, is fully compliant with statutory requirements and regulatory guidelines.

“There is no falsification, no forgery, no deception—only envy from those who cannot match the pace of his achievements.”

The company urged the public and stakeholders in the real estate industry to disregard the smear campaign, which it describes as a coordinated attack fueled by jealousy and malicious intent.

“It is unfortunate that some individuals, rather than striving to build, have chosen the path of destruction and lies,” the statement continued.

Rayfield Garden City has become a model estate, known for its transparency in land transactions, quality infrastructure, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

These values stem directly from Prince Adelaja Adeoye’s personal leadership and vision, which have placed the Fendini Group among Nigeria’s most trusted property developers.

Before the commencement of the project, independent legal experts, who reviewed the documents in question, confirmed their authenticity and compliance with all legal protocols.

“There is no evidence whatsoever of any wrongdoing by Prince Adeoye or his team,” one expert said. “What we see is a clear-cut case of character assassination.”

Fendini Group is not taking the matter lightly. Legal proceedings are already being prepared against those who have deliberately published or shared these false claims with the intent to defame and injure the reputation of the CEO and the company. The management is determined to pursue justice and make an example of those behind the smear campaign.

Prince Adelaja Adeoye, who remains undeterred by the storm of fabricated lies, has reiterated his commitment to delivering on his promises to subscribers and investors in Rayfield Garden. In a brief comment, he said, “Truth always prevails. My hands are clean, and my conscience is clear. We are building dreams, not trading in lies.”

Industry stakeholders, including clients and partners, have expressed strong support for the embattled CEO. Many have described him as a trailblazer who has consistently demonstrated transparency, humility, and dedication in a difficult industry marred by trust issues.

It is particularly telling that those spreading these damaging falsehoods have chosen to remain anonymous or hide behind unverifiable sources. This cowardly behavior underscores the unseriousness and fraudulent motives behind the entire scandal. It is nothing short of digital thuggery, masquerading as journalism.

The public is urged to remain vigilant and reject fake news. As Nigeria’s real estate sector continues to evolve, it is vital that genuine innovators like Prince Adelaja Adeoye are protected from envious detractors who use slander as a weapon to derail progress.

Fendini Group is not only standing by its CEO but also moving ahead with renewed vigour. “Let it be known,” the statement concluded, “that no amount of lies can stop a man whose mission is rooted in truth. Prince Adelaja Adeoye is building more than houses—he is building legacies.”
