A former member of the Oyo state House assembly representing Akinyele 1 constituency, Hon Kolade Olagunju has congratulated muslim faithful for witnessing this year’s Eid el kabir also known as Ileya festival.
Hon Olagunju in his sallah message made available to newsmen in Ibadan harped on the need for every nigerian to seek peace and unity of the country.
Hon Olagunju, who is a life Coach and philanthropist described the Ileya festival as an Islamic festival that symbolizes sacrifice.
“May this day bring grace and forgiveness from Allah and may He adorn our lives with the colors of heaven. May we all remember Eid al-Adha to show forgiveness, speak for justice and avoid ignorance”, Plague just said.
He urged muslims to equally extend the Ileya festival celebration to the less privileged and make them feel the merriment of the festival.
While celebrating Eid El Àdha, Hon Joshua Kolade Olagunju wishes Muslims who are currently in Mecca on holy Pilgrimage hitch free hajj exercise and journey mercy back to their respective destinations.
