A Chieftain of People’s Democratic Party in Ibadan South East local government Hon Oludamilola Oluwole-ALA has congratulated the Hon Folajimi Oyekunle and Governor Seyi Makinde over victory recorded in the Ibadan North Federal Constituency By-Election
Hon Oludamilola-ALA in his congratulatory message to Hon Oyekunle described the victory in the just concluded By-Election in Ibadan North Federal Constituency as a result of good governance delivered to people of Oyo state by Seyi Makinde led administration.
According to him,the results of the election show the acceptance of the PDP government of Governor Seyi Makinde in Ibadan and Oyo state.
Hon ALA who is also the founder ALA care foundation thanked the leaders and members of PDP in Ibadan North local government and most importantly electorates by voting en masse to support the umbrella candidate in all 12 wards across the council area.
While thanking principal stakeholders for the successful conduct of the exercise,Hon Oludamilola-ALA specially commended the Independent National Electoral Commission in the state led by Resident Electoral Commissioner Dr Tella and Security Agents for ensuring smooth conduct of the By-Election.
Hon ALA promised his continuous support for good governance and political party ideology for the advancement of Nigeria democracy.
He urged Hon Folajimi Oyekunle Don to give adequate attention to the welfare of people of Ibadan North Federal Constituency by bringing much needed development to the local government through adequate legislation.
