Birthday: Olatunji felicitates Oyo Commissioner for LG/Chieftaincy Matters, Otunba Ademola Ojo ‘Ijaya’
The Executive Chairman of Oluyole Local Government, Engr. Akeem Olatunji, has expressed warm felicitations to the Oyo State Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Otunba Ademola Ojo, popularly known as ‘Ijaya’, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
In a statement on Thursday, Olatunji described Otunba Ojo as a distinguished politician, grassroots mobilizer, and loyal party man whose contributions to the growth of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and the development of Oyo State remain highly commendable and worthy of emulation.
He noted that Otunba Ojo, a former ALGON Chairman and multiple-term council boss, has consistently demonstrated leadership capacity, political maturity, and unwavering commitment to the welfare of the people, particularly at the grassroots.
“On behalf of the government and people of Oluyole Local Government, I heartily congratulate my leader and brother, Otunba Ademola Ojo ‘Ijaya’, on his birthday.
“His life of service, loyalty, and dedication to advancing good governance in Oyo State is an inspiration to many of us in public service,” Olatunji said.
The council boss further prayed for long life, sound health, and greater accomplishments for the celebrant, stressing that Oyo State is fortunate to have such a steadfast and visionary personality in the present administration of Governor Seyi Makinde.
Otunba Ademola Ojo, a household name in Oyo politics, has over the years earned the respect of political stakeholders and traditional institutions across the state for his bridge-building roles and firm stance on unity, peace, and progress.
