The Speaker, Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin has felicitated the Chief Whip of the 10th Assembly, Hon. Gbenga Oyekola, on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
In a warm congratulatory message personally signed by the Speaker on behalf of the entire House, Rt. Hon. Ogundoyin described Hon. Oyekola, who represents Atiba State Constituency, as a distinguished lawmaker, a dependable team player, and a pillar of legislative discipline.
“Today, we celebrate not just a respected legislator but a man whose dedication, loyalty, and humility continue to inspire many within and beyond our chamber. Hon. Gbenga Oyekola’s 60th birthday is a major milestone in a life marked by service to humanity, devotion to democratic values, and unwavering commitment to the progress of Oyo State,” the Speaker said.
Rt. Hon. Ogundoyin noted that as the Chief Whip of the House, Hon. Oyekola has played a pivotal role in fostering order, discipline, and smooth legislative processes.
