Former Oyo Assembly Lawmaker Hon Joshua Kolade Olagunju has joined other eminent personalities and well wishers to celebrate Senator Monsurat Sunmonu as she clocked another year on earth.
Hon Olagunju on his birthday message to Senator Sunmonu which made available to journalists in Ibadan described her as an exceptional leader who has the interest of the Masses at heart.
According to Hon Olagunju ,the celebrant is a unifier,mother and leader who distinguished herself through her charismatic leadership and selfless service.
“Year 2011 was the time that fate brought us together. I have been favoured to be elected as one of the 32 parliamentarians to represent Oyo state and today’s celebrant was the only elected female parliamentarian. She was then elected as the first female speaker in a motion that I seconded as my first public parliamentary duty.
