Former Member of the Oyo state House of Assembly, Hon. Kolade Olagunju has urged Muslim ummar to continue to emulate the exemplary lifestyle of Prophet Muhammad, (Peace And Blessings of Allah Be upon Him) in their daily activities.
The lawmaker in his mawlud nabiy message made available to Journalists in Ibadan said, Prophet Muhammad was a messenger of Allah who was sent to the Mankind.
According to Hon Olagunju, it is imperative for Muslim ummar to use the period to strengthen harmonious relationships with Non-Muslims in accordance with the practice of Prophet Muhammad.
He also charged the Muslim leaders at all levels to continue to preach love, unity and harmony for the advancement of the country.
Hon. Olagunju, who is a life coach also enjoined Muslims to shun any act that could jeopardize the essence of the day and dwell more on good deeds to their neighbors.
According to him, these are the exemplary characters of the noble Prophet Muhammad (SAW) which he commanded his companions and followers to do.
The former lawmaker wishes the Muslim faithful a hitch-free mawlud and jumat Mubarak.
