The former United States president fell to the ground as he was giving a speech.
He was quickly surrounded by armed security and stayed down for around a minute.
Trump was seen grabbing the side of his face, with blood spattering across his cheek.
Despite the apparent injury, he quickly pumped his fist at the crowd, signaling to his supporters that he was not severely hurt.
He then rose to his feet and put his fist in the air, before being escorted off stage and into a vehicle, and then driven away from the scene.
Secret Service agents promptly responded, racing to the stage to escort Trump away from the scene.
Video appeared to show blood on his ear as he was taken away, Sky News reports.
